Pick your challenge.
Join an open challenge that's looking for people, start from a template or build your own from scratch. If you already know who you want to do it with, send them the link and they're in.
2 Move forward
Take today's step.
Each day you open the challenge and log what you did: a yes, a number, a photo or a few lines, depending on what you chose. You don't have to figure out the whole path, just today's stretch.

Every challenge has its own chat: who's heading out before work, who found it hard yesterday, who's up for two o'clock. You see how many of you have done it today, and you can nudge anyone who hasn't logged yet.
Companion mode
Not sure where to start? It helps you work it out.
In most challenges you can open a private conversation with your pet. Tell it what kind of help you need and how you'd like it to talk to you; it helps you find a time and get today ready, remembers what you tell it and, once you're done, logs your day. No one else in the group can read it.

Your pet
Everything you achieve leaves a mark.
Every day you complete helps your pet grow. With what you earn along the way, you pick its coat and dress it your way.

Questions
What people usually ask before starting.
What if I don't know anyone who wants to do it?
You don't need to. You can find an open challenge and join it, or create your own and send the invite link to whoever you like.
What happens if I miss a day?
The challenge carries on. That day doesn't count as done, and the next day you take your step again. You can only log today, so what matters is always the day in front of you.
Who can see what I write?
A challenge's chat is read by its group. Your journal and your Companion mode conversation are yours alone.
How do I get in?
With your email. We send you a code, you type it in and you're in; the first time, that same step creates your account.
